As an SAP Consultant, you'll work closely with clients to understand their business needs, design effective SAP solutions, and deliver successful implementation, migration, integration, and support projects. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
• Configure, customize, and optimize SAP modules based on client needs.
• Participate in SAP implementation, migration, rollout, and upgrade projects.
• Collaborate with business users, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver successful solutions.
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Prepare functional and technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct user training and provide post implementation support.
• Ensure system performance, data integrity, security, and compliance with business standards.
• Support integration between SAP and third party enterprise applications.
• Stay up to date with SAP technologies and recommend best practices to clients.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as an SAP Consultant or in a similar ERP consulting role.
• Hands on experience with at least one SAP module (FICO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, WM, EWM, or SuccessFactors).
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and business processes.
• Experience with SAP implementation, support, rollout, or migration projects.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a client facing environment.

Nice to Have

• SAP S/4HANA Certification in a functional or technical module.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori, SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, or SAP Cloud solutions.
• Experience with ABAP debugging or custom developments.
• Familiarity with APIs, IDocs, middleware, and SAP integrations.
• Experience working with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Exposure to global SAP implementation projects.
• Understanding of business domains such as Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, or Human Resources.
