Analyst – SAP S/4HANA Functional (R2R)

As an Analyst – SAP S/4HANA Functional (Record-to-Report), you'll work with global clients to analyze business requirements, implement and optimize SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions, and streamline end-to-end financial processes. Collaborating with experienced SAP consultants and stakeholders, you'll play a key role in delivering scalable, high quality solutions that drive operational efficiency, financial accuracy, and successful digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP S/4HANA R2R solutions.
• Configure and support SAP FI/CO modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Financial Closing.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support system configuration, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, and post go live activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve finance processes using SAP best practices.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Prepare functional specifications and maintain project documentation.
• Deliver user training and support change management initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, reporting standards, and internal controls.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC functional consulting.
• Strong knowledge of Record to Report (R2R) business processes.
• Hands on experience with SAP FI and CO modules.
• Understanding of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cost Center Accounting, and Financial Reporting.
• Experience with SAP implementation, rollout, or support projects.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross functional and client facing environments.

Nice to Have

• SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification.
• Experience with SAP Fiori applications.
• Knowledge of integration with OTC (Order to Cash), P2P (Procure to Pay), MM, or SD modules.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public or Private Cloud.
• Exposure to Agile project methodologies.
• Knowledge of financial compliance standards such as IFRS or GAAP.
• Experience working in global delivery or consulting environments
