KloudData launches Customer Success Organization (CSO) to enhance its customer experience
New organization will drive a customer focused solution delivery approach at every interaction
Fremont, CA, Feb 21, 2017: KloudData Inc., a leading software solutions provider with deep expertise in building solutions that bring together Mobility, Analytics, Enterprise backend systems, UI/UX, and cloud technologies, announced the launch of a dedicated Customer Success Organization (CSO) to build transparency and elevate the quality of its customer experience.
This is yet another effort from KloudData to become a trusted partner to its customers and relentlessly work towards their success. The new organization will add focus and intensity towards transforming the business experience for KloudData customers.

The key responsibilities of the CSO will be to solve customer issues in a methodical fashion providing transparency at all interaction points. The CSO will work towards streamlining customer touchpoints and will use innovative technologies to direct key resources in a purposeful manner.
